In the 17th minute, AlmaToran's Ignacio Leira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After 23 played minutes Depor Alex Return got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Peyo. After 27 minutes, Leon Fauria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AlmaToran and the Depor Alex Return players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Dalmacio Peyo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Urko Baezabal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Nicolas Ihazintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Gregory helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes Depor Alex Return got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Gregory. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Leira in the 72nd minute of play forced Depor Alex Return's goalkeeper Benedicto Beremundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Depor Alex Return's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Leira came free, but Benedicto Beremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedicto Beremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Leira in the 81st minute of play. After 86 minutes of play Depor Alex Return's Zacarias Unax was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 87th minute, Zacarias Unax hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Although AlmaToran had been in control for most of the match, Depor Alex Return still came away with the win.
