In the 3rd match minute, AC Mayonnaise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Kilstedt to maneuver through the defense. AC Mayonnaise's Östen Walroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Carlos Koehler in the 10th minute of play. Benjamin Quirino's late challenge caught a AC Mayonnaise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes SANTOS F.C got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Quirino. In the 19th minute, José Carlos Koehler made a precise shot to the right of Östen Walroth. AC Mayonnaise's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Danilo Nóbrega put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, SANTOS F.C's Danilo Nóbrega got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute, Artur Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattias Kilstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Travassos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th match minute, AC Mayonnaise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell-Arne Lindberg to maneuver through the defense. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

57 minutes into the match, Benjamin Quirino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Östen Walroth, 0-3. In the 66th minute, Erik Hellkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Almir Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's goalkeeper Östen Walroth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Quirino. Christopher Dahlberg hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match.
