Rodrigo Rey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Spoială in the 10th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolae Pădureanu during the 15th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Avram Terzian made a kick off. After 56 played minutes FC Maci -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Gelu Agârbiceanu. In the 57th minute of the match Inocencio Asteri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nechifor Savin skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Inocencio Asteri got a free kick in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Geleberto came free, but Nechifor Savin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Gelu Agârbiceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Rey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Rey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doru Opincaru in the 74th minute. Nicolae Pădureanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Rey having to interfere.
