After some careless play in the Kattvik kings defense, Leal Valido kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Helge Elg. The Kattvik kings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Helge Elg should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Rune Broberg in the 7th minute of play forced LA COSA NOSTRA's goalkeeper Evandro Azeredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes of play, LA COSA NOSTRA's Afonso Portugal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Helge Elg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, Afonso Portugal notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Kattvik kings's Helge Elg. Helge Elg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute, Bernt Stigsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Leal Valido put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Helge Elg. LA COSA NOSTRA's Evandro Azeredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Rune Broberg in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Afonso Portugal notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Kattvik kings's Helge Elg. Helge Elg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bengt-Rune Broberg took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evandro Azeredo. Evandro Azeredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Helge Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adérito Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Bergkvist got free with Evandro Azeredo in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Sven-Erik Johnsson fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kattvik kings's protests and gave Sven-Erik Johnsson a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leal Valido in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helge Elg saved Kattvik kings from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Bror Lagerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kattvik kings's Helge Elg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laércio Vieira in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 played minutes LA COSA NOSTRA got a freekick which was hit by Leal Valido. Evandro Azeredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Broberg in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 2-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leal Valido to strike the kick off in the second half. If Altino Candeias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leal Valido got free with Helge Elg in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 58 minutes into the game, Afonso Portugal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Helge Elg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 65 minutes into the match, Kattvik kings's goal looked a bit too open when Altino Candeias came free, but Helge Elg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 66 minutes on the clock, Gösta Jakobsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Kattvik kings's Gösta Jakobsson got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Jonas Bergkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kattvik kings's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Bergkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evandro Azeredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of LA COSA NOSTRA booed when Kattvik kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Hellkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Laércio Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA COSA NOSTRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Laércio Vieira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Helge Elg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Kattvik kings booed when LA COSA NOSTRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilário Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afonso Portugal hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Melker Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Altino Candeias recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Helge Elg. Altino Candeias showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. 90 minutes into the game, Afonso Portugal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LA COSA NOSTRA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kattvik kings the free kick. In the 90th match minute, LA COSA NOSTRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Portugal to maneuver through the defense. Evandro Azeredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Broberg in the 92nd minute of the match.
