Alejandro Domingues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fernando Aguirre charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Aguirre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to All Boys getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Fernando Aguirre hit a great ball. Ermegildo Weather could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Mauro Montay made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, Ermegildo Weather dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mauro Montay, 1-1. Alejandro Domingues came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by All Boys's Serafin Toribio. But to his dismay, Serafin Toribio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alejandro Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Viator in the 32nd minute of play. Luis Txatxu hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Filomeno Maule recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafin Toribio to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Aquiles Oxel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alejandro Domingues was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 57 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Viator came free, but Alejandro Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Toribio got free with Alejandro Domingues in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Konurbano Atletico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Eduardo Illan scored to the left of an out of position Alejandro Domingues, making the score, 1-3. Serafin Toribio struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Alejandro Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for All Boys. When Nereo Rocio fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Konurbano Atletico's protests and gave Nereo Rocio a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Konurbano Atletico got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Rocio. All Boys's Luis Veto was substituted for Eduardo Illan. After a rather tough play, Konurbano Atletico's Nereo Rocio got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Braulio Azevedo fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored All Boys's protests and gave Braulio Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Konurbano Atletico booed when All Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Domingues was a little too slow when Luis Veto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-4. Alejandro Domingues made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Aquiles Oxel sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Laureano Ponc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Konurbano Atletico's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Ponc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Montay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fidel Martxot during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of All Boys booed when Konurbano Atletico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Martxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes All Boys got a freekick which was hit by Luis Veto. The Konurbano Atletico fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. All Boys were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
