The referee ignored Vila Industrial FC's protests and gave Claudinho Pitta a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Red Devils booed when Vila Industrial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinho Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Vila Industrial FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Abel Garcia hit a great ball. After 20 minutes of play Vila Industrial FC's Claudinho Pitta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Claudinho Pitta hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Rafael Cavalcante scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Rydzyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edgar Rydzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Cavalcante in the 26th minute of play. Edgar Rydzyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Falcão Viana went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Gernando Bittencourt struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Edgar Rydzyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila Industrial FC. Jedrzej Koprowski scored 1-3 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benê Simão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Piotr Klimkiewicz took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benê Simão. Benê Simão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 47 minutes into the match, Red Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Viana came free, but Edgar Rydzyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Rydzyk came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Industrial FC's Falcão Viana. But to his dismay, Falcão Viana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Cavalcante to strike the kick off in the second half. Jedrzej Koprowski scored 3-4 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benê Simão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Vila Industrial FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gernando Bittencourt hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Julian Oliszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Devils's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Oliszewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benê Simão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Wiliam Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benê Simão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Klimkiewicz in the 63rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Rafael Cavalcante's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Rydzyk was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, Jedrzej Koprowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benê Simão. Vila Industrial FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jedrzej Koprowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. When Red Devils's Leszek Olejasz in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vila Industrial FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd minute, Vila Industrial FC's Rafael Cavalcante dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-5. Benê Simão came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Devils's Jedrzej Koprowski. But to his dismay, Jedrzej Koprowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-5. 89 minutes into the match, Jedrzej Koprowski notched a goal, 6-5, to the right of Vila Industrial FC's Benê Simão. Benê Simão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 93rd match minute, Vila Industrial FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense. Hugon Wierzbicki's late challenge caught a Vila Industrial FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugon Wierzbicki helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Red Devils's Hugon Wierzbicki got a free kick in the 96th minute. Edgar Rydzyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Cavalcante in the 98th minute.
