When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Luisinho Trancoso put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Brencis Tanbergs. After a rather tough play, Black horses's Alvis Bāliņš got a free kick in the 10th minute. Kurts Skripals could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but João Paulo Urbano made a huge save. João Paulo Urbano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurts Skripals in the 11th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Elano Reis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Brencis Tanbergs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 19 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Elano Reis. A collision led to Black horses getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Vitauts Ziemotājs hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes Black horses got a freekick which was hit by Staņislavs Preticis. In the 32nd minute, Enio Matorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitauts Ziemotājs took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Paulo Urbano. João Paulo Urbano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of Black horses booed when S.C. Reis United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Renato Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Reis United's zone, Henrihs Rudgalvis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal and Henrihs Rudgalvis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 44 minutes into the match, Henrique Trigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brencis Tanbergs. Black horses's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrique Trigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A collision led to S.C. Reis United getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Henrique Trigo hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

After 54 minutes, Alvis Bāliņš mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black horses and the S.C. Reis United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Black horses getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alvis Bāliņš hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Staņislavs Preticis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brencis Tanbergs was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luisinho Trancoso. Black horses made a substitution. Andulis Cerīgais replaced Kurts Skripals. Henrique Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Elano Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Brencis Tanbergs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Trancoso in the 80th minute of the match. Enio Matorin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. João Paulo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrievs Stanguts in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of S.C. Reis United booed when Black horses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andulis Cerīgais didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Black horses's Andulis Cerīgais. But to his dismay, Andulis Cerīgais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched S.C. Reis United eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
