Sven-Åke Blanck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Haimar in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Vilhelm Käller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atletico Fenix's Luisito Amor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Käller in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Marcus Tidén was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hagmoren BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Fenix the free kick. Sven-Åke Blanck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Araoz in the 18th minute of the match. Luisito Amor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilhelm Käller's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vilhelm Käller in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisito Amor saved Club Atletico Fenix from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Angelo Valentine got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sven-Åke Blanck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Valentine, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The supporters of Club Atletico Fenix booed when Hagmoren BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Lövgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 29 minutes of play, Club Atletico Fenix's Angelo Valentine made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Åke Blanck was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Herminio Berart reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sven-Åke Blanck. The goal made the score 2-0. Hagmoren BK's Vilhelm Käller got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilhelm Käller to make the kick off. Angelo Valentine's late challenge caught a Hagmoren BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Valentine helped the player get up and apologised. Angelo Valentine hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The long shot by William Eliasson in the 54th minute really tested Luisito Amor's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 56th minute, Angelo Valentine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Fenix's Herminio Berart got a free kick in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Hagmoren BK's Walter Hedlund broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Marcus Tidén took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Luisito Amor to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Club Atletico Fenix booed when Hagmoren BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hjalmar Gudmundsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vilhelm Käller in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisito Amor saved Club Atletico Fenix from getting behind.
