MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Costel Vlas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victorien Mouchard. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 16th minute, Brice Poulin made a precise shot to the right of Nichifor Badea. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Breizh Punishers's Victorien Mouchard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Breizh Punishers from getting a goal against them. Victorien Mouchard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costel Vlas in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes, Costin Frânculescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV and the Breizh Punishers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Costin Frânculescu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Nichifor Badea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Viart in the 30th minute of play. Brice Poulin's late challenge caught a MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brice Poulin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Brice Poulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Costin Frânculescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victorien Mouchard. The goal made the score 2-1. After a rather tough play, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Maxim Buhoiu got a free kick in the 39th minute. A collision led to MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Viorel Burdea hit a great ball. Johan Lemesle took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nichifor Badea. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Costel Vlas made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Brice Poulin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mathys Le Goff kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Prosper Mure charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prosper Mure the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Prosper Mure hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Victorien Mouchard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Vlas in the 58th minute of play. Costel Vlas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Vlas in the 65th minute of play forced Breizh Punishers's goalkeeper Victorien Mouchard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johan Lemesle kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Nichifor Cumpan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorien Mouchard. Breizh Punishers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nichifor Cumpan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Victorien Mouchard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costel Vlas in the 74th minute of the match. Victorien Mouchard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Ilica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victorien Mouchard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Costel Vlas's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Breizh Punishers's Brice Poulin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nichifor Badea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Costel Vlas in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorien Mouchard saved Breizh Punishers from getting behind. Victorien Mouchard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Costel Vlas's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
