With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Carlos Dueñas in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavino Luke saved Gaviotas FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-1 when José Carlos Dueñas sped through Gaviotas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gavino Luke. Pedro José Solminihac struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Gavino Luke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★. Gavino Luke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abundio Apparcel in the 37th minute of the match. Gavino Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Carlos Dueñas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Luke came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s José Carlos Dueñas. But to his dismay, José Carlos Dueñas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 46th minute Pedro José Solminihac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomiro Oliverios made a kick off. Pedro José Solminihac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaviotas FC's Mariano Stephen was substituted for Isidro Vimaro. A collision led to Gaviotas FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Casimiro Lopez hit a great ball. In the 79th match minute, Gaviotas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Gudesteo to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Gaviotas FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Ursino. Gaviotas FC's Gavino Luke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Gaviotas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 87th match minute, Gaviotas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Jakobe to maneuver through the defense. Gavino Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carlos Dueñas, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
