Marseille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevan Gouverneur didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Boleslaw Karwowski led 11 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. R.C. Marseille's Auguste Lorre became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 2-0. Boleslaw Karwowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Auguste Lorre made a huge save. If Zbyszek Tepper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, FC Sójcze's Boleslaw Karwowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Auguste Lorre. Auguste Lorre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Zdzislaw Wawro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 28th minute, Emil Chuchro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karol Makowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Cado in the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to R.C. Marseille getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Kevan Gouverneur hit a great ball. Auguste Lorre acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Boleslaw Karwowski. R.C. Marseille's Auguste Lorre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Karwowski in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Boleslaw Karwowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Auguste Lorre was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mourad Martinez during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, R.C. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boleslaw Karwowski was the one to do the kick off. If Zdzislaw Wawro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boleslaw Karwowski in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Auguste Lorre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Auguste Lorre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boleslaw Karwowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinand Cado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, R.C. Marseille's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Wawro came free, but Auguste Lorre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdinand Cado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 played minutes FC Sójcze got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Tepper. In a very dangerous position, a player in R.C. Marseille fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! The referee gave FC Sójcze a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Boleslaw Karwowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of R.C. Marseille's Auguste Lorre. 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boleslaw Karwowski in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 95th minute, Blaise Castera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karol Makowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. FC Sójcze were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of R.C. Marseille for a fine match.
