In the 3rd minute, Radomil Mindykowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute of the match Inazuma Japan got a corner. BYDGOSTIA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hortêncio Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Antônio Aguiar advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Antônio Aguiar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stasio Rozanski, 2-0. When BYDGOSTIA's Radomil Mindykowski in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inazuma Japan's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes into the match, Hortêncio Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stasio Rozanski. BYDGOSTIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hortêncio Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Amadeu Pontes put in a rough tackle. In the 32nd minute, one of Inazuma Japan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Inazuma Japan. After a rather tough play, Inazuma Japan's Décio Rosado got a free kick in the 35th minute. Pedro Luiz Corrêa came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by BYDGOSTIA's Radomil Mindykowski. But to his dismay, Radomil Mindykowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The supporters of Inazuma Japan booed when BYDGOSTIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Kilarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Inazuma Japan's Antônio Aguiar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radomil Mindykowski to strike the kick off in the second half. If Grzegorz Bierfass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Korneliusz Grucza fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radomil Mindykowski got free with Pedro Luiz Corrêa in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Inazuma Japan getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Hortêncio Montenegro hit a great ball. Radomil Mindykowski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-2 in the 59th playminute. In the 62nd minute, Radomil Mindykowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BYDGOSTIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. BYDGOSTIA's Hieronim Brudnicki was substituted for Radomil Mindykowski. Pedro Luiz Corrêa made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Hieronim Brudnicki sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Bierfass in the 74th minute of play forced Inazuma Japan's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stasio Rozanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Aguiar in the 76th minute of play. Antônio Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stasio Rozanski having to interfere. Korneliusz Grucza kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korneliusz Grucza in the 88th minute of play forced Inazuma Japan's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Luiz Corrêa was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Hieronim Brudnicki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hieronim Brudnicki really showed his touch with that goal: 4-4. In the 96th minute Korneliusz Grucza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luiz Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inazuma Japan succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though BYDGOSTIA had controlled the match.
