In the 8th minute Noel Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Henrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Inocente's late challenge caught a Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Inocente helped the player get up and apologised. Temperley's Fabricio Henrico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Temperley from getting a goal against them. Rafael Froylan's late challenge caught a Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Donato Rosario fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Temperley's protests and gave Donato Rosario a yellow card for diving instead. Temperley were furious when Desiderio Maidana was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Temperley fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! After 39 minutes Temperley's goalkeeper Fabricio Henrico managed, with a little bit of luck, save Cauan de Barros's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 39th minute, Cauan de Barros made a precise shot to the right of Fabricio Henrico. Temperley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Geraldo Aguiar put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fabricio Henrico. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Geraldo Aguiar made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Geraldo Aguiar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Fabricio Henrico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Iker Montrell reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Albertinho Vaz. The goal made the score 4-2. When Basílio Brodel fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s protests and gave Basílio Brodel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Fabricio Henrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Aguiar in the 92nd minute of the match. 93 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Sergi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Temperley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. the free kick. After 94 played minutes Temperley got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Sergi. Apolo Ramirez kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Temperley for a fine match.
