Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Giorgos Maragozis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Steffen Kracht during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to DJK Füchtel Vechta getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Steffen Kracht hit a great ball. Kai Hilljegerdes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Maragozis in the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Kerkyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Ignatios Kanadopoulos. Loukas Kois was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Steffen Kracht. In the 9th minute Kyriakos Lavdas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kai Hilljegerdes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Kerkyra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Kazakopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Kai Hilljegerdes had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Theofilos Tripitsidis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 21st match minute, DJK Füchtel Vechta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steffen Kracht to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute of the match Theofilos Tripitsidis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kai Hilljegerdes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arthur Rademacher struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Loukas Kois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DJK Füchtel Vechta. 27 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Rademacher came free, but Loukas Kois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of DJK Füchtel Vechta booed when Kerkyra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fanis Nioras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ole Per Leffel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kai Hilljegerdes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyriakos Lavdas in the 31st minute of play. In the 37th minute, Kyriakos Lavdas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Jamal Gläsel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loukas Kois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kerkyra FC's Loukas Kois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Rademacher in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arthur Rademacher was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Kerkyra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Maragozis to maneuver through the defense. Kai Hilljegerdes made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Giorgos Maragozis sent off a good shot on target. When Kyriakos Lavdas fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kerkyra FC's protests and gave Kyriakos Lavdas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DJK Füchtel Vechta booed when Kerkyra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyriakos Lavdas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kerkyra FC's Christos Giannou was substituted for Giorgos Maragozis. Arthur Rademacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Jamal Gläsel got a free kick in the 69th minute. A collision led to DJK Füchtel Vechta getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jamal Gläsel hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christos Giannou got free with Kai Hilljegerdes in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kyriakos Lavdas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai Hilljegerdes having to interfere. Kai Hilljegerdes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Giannou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Kyriakos Lavdas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kai Hilljegerdes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Rademacher in the 81st minute of play forced Kerkyra FC's goalkeeper Loukas Kois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kerkyra FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arthur Rademacher was slow to take the kick. During this time DJK Füchtel Vechta's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Kerkyra FC's goalie and right to Steffen Kracht. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Kerkyra FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some careless play in the DJK Füchtel Vechta defense, Christos Giannou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kai Hilljegerdes. The DJK Füchtel Vechta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kai Hilljegerdes should have stopped the shot. Kostas Kazakopoulos came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kai Hilljegerdes could save by the left post. Kostas Kazakopoulos in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kai Hilljegerdes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
