Beniamin Gonsiewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Illuminati's Krzysztof Sienkiewicz got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Borys Makowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 played minutes Vorwärts Lübeck got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Schaf. After 19 minutes, Damian Wejta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Illuminati and the Vorwärts Lübeck players grew even worse after the yellow card. Damian Wejta hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Beniamin Gonsiewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl Wissing went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Wiktor Ciborek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 27 played minutes, Illuminati's Borys Makowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Antonello Di Martino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Illuminati reached it. In the 30th minute Karl Wissing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beniamin Gonsiewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Illuminati's zone, Karl Wissing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beniamin Gonsiewski came out of the goal and Karl Wissing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Illuminati's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Wissing came free, but Beniamin Gonsiewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonello Di Martino made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Wiktor Ciborek sent off a good shot on target. Illuminati's Beniamin Gonsiewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Wissing in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tino Kretschmer's shot from long distance in the 55th minute was not bad at all, but Illuminati's Beniamin Gonsiewski knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a rather tough play, Vorwärts Lübeck's Waldemar Scheuch got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Radowit Misiorowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Di Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonello Di Martino came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Illuminati's Wincenty Zajac. But to his dismay, Wincenty Zajac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 73 minutes, Carl Daub mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vorwärts Lübeck and the Illuminati players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Carl Daub hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute Krzysztof Sienkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Di Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute Szymon Gondela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Di Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Vorwärts Lübeck getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Raimar Schepers hit a great ball. In the 86th match minute, Illuminati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Czysta to maneuver through the defense.
