A collision led to AVAÍ F.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ernani de Mendonça hit a great ball. Gláuber Meirelles's late challenge caught a Dexter Morgan VR46's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gláuber Meirelles helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AVAÍ F.C. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Gláuber Meirelles hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Flavio Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dexter Morgan VR46's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Miranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horácio Tasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Beppe Pozzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aírton Xavier in the 40th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aírton Xavier got free with Beppe Pozzo in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57thth minute of the game Alvaro Borel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AVAÍ F.C.'s Horácio Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute, Franco Bobbio made a precise shot to the right of Horácio Tasso. AVAÍ F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After 69 played minutes AVAÍ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nelsinho Catarinense. 76 minutes into the game, Alvaro Borel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Horácio Tasso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Horácio Tasso came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Dexter Morgan VR46's Alvaro Borel. But to his dismay, Alvaro Borel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Dexter Morgan VR46 were furious when Fortunato Brandolini was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Fortunato Brandolini hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Dexter Morgan VR46's Alberigo Di Nucci got a free kick in the 86th minute. Beppe Pozzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Ceresso in the 89th minute of play. Alvaro Borel hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Flavio Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
