Paulo Brotfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Breckenfeld having to interfere. Basilio Dragicevic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aírton Queirós in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Bairon Bernales made a precise shot to the right of Richard Breckenfeld. Quebra Ossos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 12th minute, Quintén Jorquera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Quebra Ossos FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Aírton Queirós hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes Quebra Ossos FC got a freekick which was hit by Betão Marinho. Adam Badiola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 21 minutes, Gugu Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quebra Ossos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gugu Saldanha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 played minutes, Quebra Ossos FC's Téo Fonseca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basilio Dragicevic came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quebra Ossos FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Quebra Ossos FC's Betão Marinho got a free kick in the 24th minute. Basilio Dragicevic acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dário Sabóia. Richard Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bairon Bernales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Betão Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Basilio Dragicevic made a huge save. Richard Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Luis Alfaro in the 34th minute of the match. Bairon Bernales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes Inter de Chillán got a freekick which was hit by Juan Luis Alfaro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Saldanha got free with Basilio Dragicevic in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Juan Luis Alfaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Breckenfeld. Quebra Ossos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Luis Alfaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Inter de Chillán's Amado Mas got a free kick in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Luis Alfaro to strike the kick off in the second half. When Bairon Bernales came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Inter de Chillán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bairon Bernales couldn't finish the play. Basilio Dragicevic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Brotfeld during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Inter de Chillán got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Brotfeld. Basilio Dragicevic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Saldanha in the 63rd minute of the match. Sílvio Corrêa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basilio Dragicevic read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Betão Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebra Ossos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Betão Marinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Dragicevic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute Sílvio Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Dragicevic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Dragicevic came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebra Ossos FC's Aírton Queirós. But to his dismay, Aírton Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Gugu Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sílvio Corrêa's late challenge caught a Inter de Chillán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sílvio Corrêa helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Quebra Ossos FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Sílvio Corrêa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bairon Bernales in the 87th minute of play forced Quebra Ossos FC's goalkeeper Richard Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quebra Ossos FC's Richard Breckenfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Brotfeld in the 91st minute of play. Richard Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Luis Alfaro in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Betão Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Dragicevic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inter de Chillán's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
