Spectators: 149 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) José Paulo Ferraz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Oséas Quintal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9thth minute of the game José Paulo Ferraz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NeW York CitY CopS's Jonathan Ilazki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Club Athletico Paulistano were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after NeW York CitY CopS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oséas Quintal took the corner. 12 minutes into the match, José Paulo Ferraz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of NeW York CitY CopS's Jonathan Ilazki. Jonathan Ilazki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, NeW York CitY CopS's Generoso Galsino got a free kick in the 15th minute. Oséas Quintal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ilazki. NeW York CitY CopS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Oséas Quintal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Athletico Paulistano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The supporters of NeW York CitY CopS booed when Club Athletico Paulistano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Athletico Paulistano's Tony Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Lidon in the 27th minute of play. If Oséas Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Club Athletico Paulistano's José Paulo Ferraz in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NeW York CitY CopS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute, José Paulo Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvestre Lidon struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Tony Valadares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NeW York CitY CopS. Oséas Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Crispo to strike the kick off in the second half. NeW York CitY CopS's Jonathan Ilazki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save NeW York CitY CopS from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ilazki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Paulo Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Furtado in the 57th minute of play forced NeW York CitY CopS's goalkeeper Jonathan Ilazki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Fabrício de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alan Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, NeW York CitY CopS's goalkeeper Jonathan Ilazki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Paulo Ferraz. When Club Athletico Paulistano's José Paulo Ferraz in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NeW York CitY CopS's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Paulo Ferraz got free with Jonathan Ilazki in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oséas Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oséas Quintal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Paulo Ferraz in the 72nd minute of the match. Benicio Selatse hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ilazki was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oséas Quintal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Paulo Ferraz in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ilazki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Paulo Ferrazs short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Jonathan Ilazki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Ilazki made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Oséas Quintal sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute Silvestre Lidon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to NeW York CitY CopS getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gogo Rayman hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes, Club Athletico Paulistano's Oséas Quintal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ilazki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Athletico Paulistano reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Paulo Ferraz in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ilazki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gustavo Crispo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The NeW York CitY CopS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Athletico Paulistano's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Athletico Paulistano.
