The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandrinho Xavier during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, New Loser FC's Sandrinho Xavier got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Flying Hellfish's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luís Paulo Nogueira 4 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Luís Paulo Nogueira charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Paulo Nogueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, New Loser FC's Luís Paulo Nogueira got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, Flying Hellfish's Peter Aylwin got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Luís Paulo Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Luís Paulo Nogueira took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Robert Russell to make any attempt to save it. Eliseu Negri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cregan Convine, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Duarte Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duarte Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to New Loser FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Duarte Azevedo hit a great ball. Robert Russell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Britto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, New Loser FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cregan Convine came free, but Eliseu Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th match minute, New Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandrinho Xavier to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th match minute, New Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgílio Diniz to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute of the match Cregan Convine shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliseu Negri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Luís Paulo Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the New Loser FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Paulo Nogueira couldn't finish the play. After having played for 25 minutes, Edmonds Magnay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flying Hellfish's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmonds Magnay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseu Negri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russ Weatherby, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Flying Hellfish's Robert Russell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Flying Hellfish from getting a goal against them. After 31 played minutes Flying Hellfish got a freekick which was hit by Peter Aylwin. Robert Russell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Britto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Britto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Robert Russell was a little too slow when Luís Paulo Nogueira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 3-0. After 37 played minutes New Loser FC got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Britto. When Cássio Britto came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the New Loser FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cássio Britto couldn't finish the play. A collision led to New Loser FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Duarte Azevedo hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Paulo Nogueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Alex Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duarte Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Flying Hellfish's Edmonds Magnay got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 64 minutes of play, New Loser FC's Cássio Britto made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Russell was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 69 played minutes New Loser FC got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Guimarães. Robert Russell came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by New Loser FC's Luís Paulo Nogueira. But to his dismay, Luís Paulo Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 75 minutes, Cássio Britto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New Loser FC and the Flying Hellfish players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to New Loser FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Cássio Britto hit a great ball. In the 76th match minute, New Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Britto to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Evaristo Guimarães ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Russell was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 84 minutes into the match, Andrea Shevchenko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Russell. Flying Hellfish's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrea Shevchenko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Flying Hellfish's zone, Luís Paulo Nogueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Russell came out of the goal and Luís Paulo Nogueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam James kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. New Loser FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
