Rene Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Rui in the 6th minute of play. AKD's Mauro Rafe quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alf Nygård, made in the 7th minute of the game. Tor Jelstad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rene Ibar having to make a save. Rene Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sture Rui, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 16th minute, Hipolito Ixaka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rene Ibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sture Rui went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Rene Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fridtjof Skaare in the 23rd minute of play. Rene Ibar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fridtjof Skaare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjetil-André Sundgot in the 26th minute of play forced AKD's goalkeeper Rene Ibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peder Vestnes made a great header on Lost in pace's corner, it was just that AKD's Rene Ibar managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, AKD's Rolando Urtun got a free kick in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Sture Rui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rene Ibar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 34 played minutes Lost in pace got a freekick which was hit by Jarle Gustafsson. Rene Ibar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sture Rui in the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to AKD getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Nunez Aritza hit a great ball. Rene Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Rui in the 39th minute of play. Rene Ibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fridtjof Skaare went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Sture Rui might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Ibar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sture Rui ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute, Fridtjof Skaare ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Ibar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sture Rui stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, AKD's Hipolito Ixaka got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, AKD's goalkeeper Rene Ibar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruben Stensen. With a little luck, AKD's Rene Ibar got control of the ball when Sture Rui tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hipolito Ixaka charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hipolito Ixaka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 58 minutes into the game, one of AKD:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 63 minutes into the match, Sture Rui notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of AKD's Rene Ibar. Rene Ibar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. AKD's Rene Ibar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save AKD from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjetil-André Sundgot in the 69th minute of play forced AKD's goalkeeper Rene Ibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lost in pace's Peder Vestnes got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Lost in pace's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Jakobe came free, but Endre Haddeland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, AKD's goalkeeper Rene Ibar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fridtjof Skaare. If Tor Jelstad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tor Jelstad came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Lost in pace fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tor Jelstad couldn't finish the play. Victorio Chorache charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorio Chorache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lost in pace booed when AKD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Chorache didn't get a good kick on the ball. The AKD fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lost in pace were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
