After a rather tough play, Wedd FF's Jesper Stensson got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 14th minute, Serafin Telesforo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt-Arne Dahlgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tord Billberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rene Ibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of AKD booed when Wedd FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Löfgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Patricio Rolado came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the AKD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Rolado couldn't finish the play. Bengt-Arne Dahlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Telesforo in the 26th minute of the match. Rolando Urtun's late challenge caught a Wedd FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolando Urtun helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, AKD's Rolando Urtun got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Ceferino Jakobe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Wedd FF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Boris Mellberg hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tord Billberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Boris Mellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Ibar having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Wedd FF's Björn Kleen got a free kick in the 70th minute. 83 minutes into the match, AKD's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Kleen came free, but Rene Ibar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lucas Löfgren was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. After 86 played minutes Wedd FF got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Löfgren. Rene Ibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tord Billberg went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Wedd FF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
