Andrzej Prokowski hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mouritz Søjbjerg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonard Wasikowski. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Orla Nevin came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Varsovia's Leon Wysocki. But to his dismay, Leon Wysocki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Vagner Ørsnes hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, Varsovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olgierd Kojder to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Varsovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Snaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Monks in Robes defense, Olgierd Kojder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orla Nevin. The Monks in Robes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orla Nevin should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Vagner Ørsnes hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes Varsovia got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Kojder. A collision led to Varsovia getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Boguslaw Zurawski hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Varsovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Milan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jakob Lorits's late challenge caught a Varsovia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakob Lorits helped the player get up and apologised. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Olgierd Snaza sped through Monks in Robes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orla Nevin. 60 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Prokowski came free, but Orla Nevin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Rene Ringkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olgierd Kojder's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Orla Nevin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With 65 minutes on the clock, Dawid Jajecznica commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Dawid Jajecznica hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantin Tvilling in the 66th minute of play forced Varsovia's goalkeeper Leonard Wasikowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Olgierd Snaza fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varsovia's protests and gave Olgierd Snaza a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertil Duerlund in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Wasikowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jakob Lorits took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Wasikowski. Leonard Wasikowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. 84 minutes into the match, Boguslaw Zurawski notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Monks in Robes's Orla Nevin. Orla Nevin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leon Wysocki took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orla Nevin. Orla Nevin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-5. The Monks in Robes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Varsovia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
