After 19 minutes of play, MZetowe Mastodonty's Zbyszko Bartochowski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Froylan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Gonzalo Haritzeder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arkadiusz Filanowski was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. After 27 played minutes Papillon AC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Urki. Teofilo Lain hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Teofilo Milian made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 62 minutes, Zbyszko Bartochowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MZetowe Mastodonty's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszko Bartochowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Szymon Latocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68th minute, Julian Dulka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Froylan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Bartochowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The supporters of MZetowe Mastodonty booed when Papillon AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Arotza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Zbyszko Bartochowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Narciso Froylan. Papillon AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zbyszko Bartochowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 81 minutes into the match, MZetowe Mastodonty's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Filanowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Haritzeder. When Julian Dulka fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MZetowe Mastodonty's protests and gave Julian Dulka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Julian Dulka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Papillon AC's zone, Szymon Latocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Froylan came out of the goal and Szymon Latocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Papillon AC's Victoriano Mikelats got a free kick in the 94th minute. There was no doubt that MZetowe Mastodonty were the better team. MZetowe Mastodonty's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
