In the 22nd minute, Fabio Abaunza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eustacio Piearres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Abaunza's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the game, The Hanging Tree's Gogo Tajo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eustacio Piearres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The The Hanging Tree fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when The Hanging Tree's Fabio Abaunza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Florentino Dubardo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Berutti FC's Eustacio Piearres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Berutti FC from getting a goal against them. Bernardo Eli lost his temper 66 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground.
