Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. When Delfim Peixoto fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montevideo's protests and gave Delfim Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. Deportivo Ortegano's Lertxun Oliver was substituted for Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia. In the 18th minute, Delfim Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes, Sotero Besga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Ortegano and the Montevideo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Deportivo Ortegano got a freekick which was hit by Sotero Besga. After 25 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Abraão. Guillermo Montiel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Giovani Salgado made a huge save. With 32 minutes on the clock, Rafinha Zanette commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Deportivo Ortegano booed when Montevideo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafinha Zanette didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lertxun Oliver's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Giovani Salgado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vasco Rovira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natanael Fernandez in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Natanael Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montevideo's supporters rose to their feet, but Natanael Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vasco Rovira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deivid Vinhas in the 40th minute of play forced Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Vasco Rovira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lertxun Oliver made a kick off. In the 54th minute Sagrario Meldasgoas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovani Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Alberto Dias hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 59 minutes, Almir de Sena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montevideo and the Deportivo Ortegano players grew even worse after the yellow card. Giovani Salgado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lertxun Oliver went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Natanael Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovani Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lertxun Oliver in the 74th minute of play. Montevideo's Giovani Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Berria in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Montevideo's Belmiro Abraão got a free kick in the 76th minute. Serafino Berria charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafino Berria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Giovani Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lertxun Oliver in the 79th minute of play. When Natanael Fernandez fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Giovani Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aztore Cobian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovani Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kosisochukwu Ice-Cream Guobadia, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Montevideo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sotero Besga was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Ortegano's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Deportivo Ortegano's Aztore Cobian to fire away a dangerous shot which Giovani Salgado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Montevideo's Giovani Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lertxun Oliver in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Ortegano players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
