In the 12th match minute, Deportivo Ortegano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aztore Cobian to maneuver through the defense. Vasco Rovira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Lando, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute, La Gallardeta's Felix Prejun seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Felix Prejun the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of La Gallardeta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Felix Prejun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Gallardeta! In the 24th minute, Deportivo Ortegano's Serafino Berria ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Atilano Hernandez. Atilano Hernandez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Bakar Armental's late challenge caught a La Gallardeta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bakar Armental helped the player get up and apologised. Bakar Armental hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia in the 30th minute of play forced La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Atilano Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Lando charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Lando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Lando. In the 41st minute, Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia made a precise shot to the right of Atilano Hernandez. La Gallardeta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 45 minutes into the game, Kosisochukwu Ice-Cream Guobadia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Atilano Hernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabio Lando made a kick off. Atilano Hernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Samano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Ortegano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Atilano Hernandez came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Ortegano's Serafino Berria. But to his dismay, Serafino Berria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After having played for 62 minutes, Sagrario Meldasgoas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Ortegano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sagrario Meldasgoas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Deportivo Ortegano getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Bakar Armental hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see La Gallardeta's Roque Jon in action when he in the 68th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 70 minutes into the game, Serafino Berria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Atilano Hernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Sotero Besga made a precise shot to the right of Atilano Hernandez. La Gallardeta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Deportivo Ortegano's Serafino Berria pulled a muscle in his back after 85 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Roque Jon charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roque Jon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Deportivo Ortegano's Lertxun Oliver was substituted for Serafino Berria. Roque Jon hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 89 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Deportivo Ortegano's Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Deportivo Ortegano walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
