Jimmy Mulford took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ranolfo Menendez. Ranolfo Menendez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimmy Mulford in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ranolfo Menendez saved Hades Prímula from getting behind. Ian Browne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Contreras, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Isidro Cortes fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hades Prímula's protests and gave Isidro Cortes a yellow card for diving instead. Gone With the Win made a substitution. Lewis Piercy replaced Jimmy Mulford. Isidro Cortes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Rhys Whittingham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ranolfo Menendez having to make a save. 30 minutes into the match, Hades Prímula's goal looked a bit too open when Lewis Piercy came free, but Ranolfo Menendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calvino Griego's late challenge caught a Gone With the Win's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calvino Griego helped the player get up and apologised. Calvino Griego kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Leonides Contreras was extremely unlucky when he, in the 37th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rhys Whittingham charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rhys Whittingham the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rhys Whittingham kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Leonides Contreras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ian Browne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Remigio Talavera could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Ian Browne however easily saved by the left post. 47 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goalkeeper Ian Browne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remigio Talavera. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stuart Brayson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hades Prímula's Ranolfo Menendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lewis Piercy in the 51st minute of play. Ian Browne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Talavera, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. A collision led to Hades Prímula getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Isidro Cortes hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes Gone With the Win got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Scriven. Calvino Griego kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Gone With the Win's Stuart Brayson was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 67th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Stew Lonsdale kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Stuart Brayson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ranolfo Menendez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Talavera in the 77th minute of play forced Gone With the Win's goalkeeper Ian Browne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lewis Piercys short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Ranolfo Menendez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Gaitano Encina fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hades Prímula's protests and gave Gaitano Encina a yellow card for diving instead. Calvino Griego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hades Prímula's Remigio Talavera got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Brayson in the 90th minute of play forced Hades Prímula's goalkeeper Ranolfo Menendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Contreras came free, but Ian Browne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gone With the Win's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
