Fulgencio Matxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute Mark Devan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Leoiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iskandar Laycock hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Omar Librado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rifqi Choo having to make a save. Danial Siong hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Oakham's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Librado came free, but Rifqi Choo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iskandar Laycock in the 27th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Iskandar Laycock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oakham's supporters rose to their feet, but Iskandar Laycock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Leoiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Iskandar Laycock's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Leoiar was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 36th minute of the match Oakham got a corner. Equipo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mark Phua ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Mark Phua almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Equipo's Orlando Leoiar did a great save. Omar Librado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melchor Igon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rifqi Choo having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mark Devan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Omar Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rifqi Choo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oakham played a much better game than Equipo and deserved their victory. The Equipo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
