In the 33rd minute, Alfredo Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. São Paulo da Floresta's Carlos Fernando Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save São Paulo da Floresta from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Los Muñes de Don Cuco booed when São Paulo da Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorival Rossi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Calleri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Fernando Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Mikeldi in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baltasar Mikeldi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Gaur to strike the kick off in the second half. Van Dik hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Carlos Fernando Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Gaur in the 53rd minute of the match. One of Los Muñes de Don Cuco:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of São Paulo da Floresta:s goal. In the 82nd minute of the match São Paulo da Floresta got a corner. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dadá de Andrade ran over to the corner to take the kick. Carlos Fernando Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Mikeldi in the 83rd minute of the match.
