In the 27th minute Leandro Gaur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Vítor de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Leandro Gaur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Vítor de Sousa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Gaur in the 33rd minute of play forced Clube Atlético Impávido's goalkeeper José Vítor de Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clube Atlético Impávido's José Vítor de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Gaur in the 37th minute of play. Anacleto Eutor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After the first half Los Muñes de Don Cuco were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 51 played minutes Clube Atlético Impávido got a freekick which was hit by Josué Linhares. The long shot by Baltasar Mikeldi in the 52nd minute really tested José Vítor de Sousa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Baltasar Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Baltasar Mikeldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Mikeldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Vítor de Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Vítor de Sousa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Gaur in the 67th minute. A collision led to Clube Atlético Impávido getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Waldir Prado hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Gaur got free with José Vítor de Sousa in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute, Ruperto Tino made a precise shot to the right of José Vítor de Sousa. Clube Atlético Impávido's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Los Muñes de Don Cuco played a much better game than Clube Atlético Impávido and deserved their victory. The Clube Atlético Impávido players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
