Spectators: 171 (Terracing: 129, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alexandre Mendonça started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, AM United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertino Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Vilela was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Achilles Manaers. Manuel Sales hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The supporters of AM United booed when AFC Irocha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pieter-Jan Severyns didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute of the match Albertino Cordeiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Perry Van Caenegem showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as AFC Irocha's Tuur Roosendael slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Francisco Vilela. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. In the 15th minute, Cássio Veiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Perry Van Caenegem was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Francisco Vilela came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by AFC Irocha's Paul-Louis Pastijns. But to his dismay, Paul-Louis Pastijns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 25 minutes into the game, Marcus Coopmans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC Irocha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AM United the free kick. A collision led to AFC Irocha getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Marcus Coopmans hit a great ball. Alexandre Mendonça struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Perry Van Caenegem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AM United. If Hermano Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Perry Van Caenegem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Lisandro Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, AFC Irocha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Jaddon to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Vilela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuur Roosendael in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paul-Louis Pastijns stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Cássio Veiga fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AM United's protests and gave Cássio Veiga a yellow card for diving instead. 55 minutes into the match, AM United's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Roosendael came free, but Francisco Vilela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Sales charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Sales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. During the 58th minute of the match Manuel Sales completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Manuel Sales a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 59th match minute, AM United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Sales to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Vilela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul-Louis Pastijns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xander Van Den Wijngaert took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Vilela. Francisco Vilela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The AFC Irocha support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
