Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Inzaghi came free, but Zbyszko Andrzejewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Filip Inzaghi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Andrzejewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfred Pietrasz might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zbyszko Andrzejewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Pietrasz ran back to his position shaking his head. F.C. Sosnowiec's Fabian Resel got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, AKS Peczelice's Sylwester Cwojdak got a free kick in the 15th minute. F.C. Sosnowiec's Bogumil Banach got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th match minute, AKS Peczelice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomil Skwira to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AKS Peczelice getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ludomil Skwira hit a great ball. Fabian Resel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobald Topolski having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Fabian Resel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teobald Topolski was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. A collision led to F.C. Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Boguslaw Jaszynski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Pietrasz in the 47th minute of play forced F.C. Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Zbyszko Andrzejewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Filip Inzaghi made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to AKS Peczelice getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ludomil Skwira hit a great ball. When F.C. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see AKS Peczelice lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
