Tomás Aguiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélder Trigo in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Aguiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Vascogoianiense FC's Téo Marques got a free kick in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the game, Ronaldinho Bertassi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grêmio Bulls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vascogoianiense FC the free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hélder Trigo was the one to do the kick off. Romeu Félix hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Téo Marques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vascogoianiense FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grêmio Bulls the free kick. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vascogoianiense FC's zone, Emanuel Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Augusto Peixoto came out of the goal and Emanuel Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vascogoianiense FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
