Necdet Oğuzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Endre Fenyvesi having to interfere. Endre Fenyvesi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when HORIZZONT's İsmail Cem Sehriyar shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 24th minute, Zakariás Kállay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sefa Yahya was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. A well placed İsmail Cem Sehriyar short distance shot in the 30th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 37 minutes into the match, İsmail Cem Sehriyar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Endre Fenyvesi, 4-1. After a rather tough play, HORIZZONT's Ergin Harmancı got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Onuralp Ferikoğlu hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Sefa Yahya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aladár Vígh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Necdet Oğuzer was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Batéi Félreértés LC's goal looked a bit too open when Necdet Oğuzer came free, but Endre Fenyvesi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necdet Oğuzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Necdet Oğuzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suphi Ziyaettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Endre Fenyvesi having to interfere. Necdet Oğuzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Endre Fenyvesi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Batéi Félreértés LC's zone, Necdet Oğuzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Endre Fenyvesi came out of the goal and Necdet Oğuzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necdet Oğuzer in the 91st minute of play forced Batéi Félreértés LC's goalkeeper Endre Fenyvesi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Necdet Oğuzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endre Fenyvesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that HORIZZONT were the better team. HORIZZONT's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
