Nae Scripcaru hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Ilie Tolea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Sotelo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Tolea came free, but Angelino Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantin Aluneanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Dantae in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Fc S.Zaharesti booed when Sotelo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Frederik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Fc S.Zaharesti's Ilie Tolea made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelino Vimaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the game, Ilie Tolea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Angelino Vimaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32 played minutes Sotelo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Joanes. Angelino Vimaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doru Popoiu went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Manole Aanicăi charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manole Aanicăi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Joanes in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantin Aluneanu saved Fc S.Zaharesti from getting behind. Cecilio Joanes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Constantin Aluneanu made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ion Oloieru made a kick off. When Rafael Izel fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sotelo AFC's protests and gave Rafael Izel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sotelo AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Rafael Izel hit a great ball. Constantin Aluneanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cecilio Joanes's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sotelo AFC! Sever Dănălache lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fc S.Zaharesti! Constantin Aluneanu had in the 66thth minute some difficulties stopping Rafael Izel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to Sotelo AFC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Hipolito Lixandro hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Maurício Reyes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sotelo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurício Reyes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Constantin Aluneanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cecilio Joanes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cecilio Joanes charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cecilio Joanes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Sotelo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Joanes. A collision led to Fc S.Zaharesti getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Nae Scripcaru hit a great ball. Rafael Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cecilio Joanes in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantin Aluneanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sotelo AFC's Chupan Pijit got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute, Maurício Reyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantin Aluneanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Maurício Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 99 minutes, Maurício Reyes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sotelo AFC and the Fc S.Zaharesti players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 99th match minute, Sotelo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurício Reyes to maneuver through the defense. The Fc S.Zaharesti players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
