Zero Gravity's Robbin Roggen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordarrell Zabala in the 18th minute of play. Cordarrell Zabala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Robbin Roggen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lon Guridi came out of the goal and Thibau De Messemaecker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Pedro Alday left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fire Breathers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Zero Gravity players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fire Breathers FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yanne Wynaerts was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Yanne Wynaerts's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lon Guridi was relentless in the 61st minute of the game.
