After 7 minutes of play, PANUNDA F C's Neera Pal made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juliusz Mroczynski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of PANUNDA F C booed when Yolo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Kisielka didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Yolo's Juliusz Mroczynski got control of the ball when Karmavira Malhotra tried to sneak it across the goal line. PANUNDA F C were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Yolo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Neera Pal took the corner. After 20 minutes Yolo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Neera Pal who took care of the corner kick. 24 minutes into the match, Yolo's goal looked a bit too open when Neera Pal came free, but Juliusz Mroczynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juliusz Mroczynski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brahmarasa Bhuppal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 28th minute of the match Grzegorz Kisielka completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Grzegorz Kisielka a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 27th minute, one of Yolo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yolo. The goalkeeper, Juliusz Mroczynski, was totally fooled by PANUNDA F C's Neera Pal, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 39th minute Venkatesha Tjinder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Mroczynski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Yolo's Juliusz Mroczynski got control of the ball when Neera Pal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yolo's Emil Zembrzuski got a free kick in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Karmavira Malhotra in the 54th minute of play forced Yolo's goalkeeper Juliusz Mroczynski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Venkatesha Tjinder in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juliusz Mroczynski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Hugon Awizo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Karmavira Malhotra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Yolo getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Hugon Awizo hit a great ball. Juliusz Mroczynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venkatesha Tjinder, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. But to his dismay, Ahuti Chattha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When PANUNDA F C's Venkatesha Tjinder in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PANUNDA F C had played much better football throughout.
