In the 36th minute, Ciriaco Vito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barrilete Cósmico FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Bartolo Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Vito in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes in the game Godofredo Txema did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Robustiano Matteo. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cipriano Peyo made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Berni y Benja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Vito came free, but Bartolo Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bartolo Paz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ciriaco Vito showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 65 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Ciriaco Vito notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Berni y Benja FC's Bartolo Paz. Bartolo Paz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bartolo Paz was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Feliberto Fraco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Feliberto Fraco really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Ciriaco Vito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Bartolo Paz made a huge save. Barrilete Cósmico FC were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Berni y Benja FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jacobo Illan took the corner. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Jacobo Illan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bartolo Paz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bartolo Paz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Vito in the 83rd minute of the match. Ramiro Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Abascal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Telmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ramiro Nicholas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Peyo in the 95th minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Barrilete Cósmico FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Barrilete Cósmico FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
