If Durvalino Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arrigo Talone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo Munhoz in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, LEBEG Team's Alberto Cavanna got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 14 played minutes, October 04's Fabinho Falcão shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arrigo Talone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in October 04 reached it. Rodolfo Munhoz took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arrigo Talone. Arrigo Talone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rodolfo Munhoz struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Arrigo Talone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for October 04. In the 28th minute Durvalino Albuquerque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Talone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in LEBEG Team's zone, Rodolfo Munhoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arrigo Talone came out of the goal and Rodolfo Munhoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of October 04 booed when LEBEG Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Mastrocola didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Faustão dos Santos from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Arrigo Talone's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Arrigo Talone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Munhoz in the 36th minute of the match. Geraldo Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score was now 2-0. 47 minutes into the game, Armin Borgatello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LEBEG Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave October 04 the free kick. In the 47th minute, Armin Borgatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Rodolfo Munhoz made the kick off in the second half. Arrigo Talone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Paulo Paes in the 54th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Munhoz in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arrigo Talone saved LEBEG Team from getting behind. When Ciro Caniglia fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LEBEG Team's protests and gave Ciro Caniglia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, LEBEG Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Caniglia to maneuver through the defense. Arrigo Talone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Munhoz in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Rodolfo Munhoz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrigo Talone was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. October 04's Duarte Barbosa was substituted for Tião Amaral. After 72 played minutes LEBEG Team got a freekick which was hit by Florian Di Paolo. After 74 minutes LEBEG Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Durvalino Albuquerque who took care of the corner kick. In the 78th minute, Amedeo Di Vincenzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ciro Caniglia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. Ciro Caniglia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, October 04's Durvalino Albuquerque broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. LEBEG Team's Arrigo Talone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Munhoz in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LEBEG Team's Anthony Tonon got a free kick in the 85th minute. Geraldo Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Talone having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geraldo Schmidt in the 92nd minute of play forced LEBEG Team's goalkeeper Arrigo Talone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Gallucci kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the October 04 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
