But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauan Mangueira couldn't finish the play. Guga de Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Crisólia FBPA booed when Empire of Soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tityos Dounias didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stergios Michael was the one to do the kick off. Kauan Mangueira came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dimosthenis Lakiotis could save by the left post. The Empire of Soccer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimosthenis Lakiotis should have stopped the shot. Stergios Michael hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Francisco Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimosthenis Lakiotis having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Penha came free, but Dimosthenis Lakiotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Empire of Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stergios Michael to maneuver through the defense. The Empire of Soccer fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Crisólia FBPA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
