Ulf Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Youth Academy Of Rhye's goalkeeper Arvin Eriksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omiros Papadopoulos. Philip Larsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulf Holm kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Mattias Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Telis Moras came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Youth Academy Of Rhye's Philip Larsson. But to his dismay, Philip Larsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ulf Holm's late challenge caught a AEK KAVALAS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulf Holm helped the player get up and apologised.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mattias Holm made a kick off. After a rather tough play, AEK KAVALAS FC's Nikolas Vlastaridis got a free kick in the 51st minute. AEK KAVALAS FC's Telis Moras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save AEK KAVALAS FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loukianos Moulos in the 56th minute of play forced Youth Academy Of Rhye's goalkeeper Arvin Eriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Mattias Holm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Telis Moras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Loukianos Moulos fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AEK KAVALAS FC's protests and gave Loukianos Moulos a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Youth Academy Of Rhye got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Hård. When Loukianos Moulos came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the AEK KAVALAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loukianos Moulos couldn't finish the play. Telis Moras was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Philip Larsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 71 minute of play. Sven-Olof Kellman hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The supporters of AEK KAVALAS FC booed when Youth Academy Of Rhye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Sundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vassilis Kakratsas hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Youth Academy Of Rhye's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
