The audience thought a goal was coming when Inocencio Palban got free with Alatz March in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10thth minute of the game Haimar Fuentes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Atilano Rodriguez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atilano Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haimar Fuentes, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Downchester City's Alatz March proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Downchester City from getting a goal against them. Alatz March showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Lucero in the 19th minute of the match. Atilano Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Domingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Atilano Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo Domingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Marcial Mede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alatz March saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Domingo came free, but Atilano Rodriguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alatz March took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Mede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Marcial Mede shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alatz March saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Carlo Domingo came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Downchester City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo Domingo couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haimar Fuentes to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Sixto Rafel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alatz March saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Downchester City defense, Sixto Rafel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alatz March. The Downchester City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alatz March should have stopped the shot. Inocencio Palban took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alatz March. Alatz March dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Alatz March stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edelmiro Tercero's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The supporters of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo booed when Downchester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pere Manzano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alatz March came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Sixto Rafel. But to his dismay, Sixto Rafel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Luis-Jose Morales hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Atilano Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Domingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Alatz March took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Palban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, Arsenio Lagunas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Downchester City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo the free kick. In the 84th minute, Arsenio Lagunas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Inocencio Palban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alatz March saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Cristobal Crescencio got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Josep Odín fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Rodriguez having to interfere. The supporters of Downchester City booed when C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Louis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Downchester City's Carlo Domingo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Downchester City for a fine match.
