Isaac Marcones took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 秦星真. 秦星真 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Velez Sarsfield's Eusebio Procopio got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 韩兴桦 hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, ≮Empire≯☆蜀☆浪人's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Procopio came free, but 秦星真 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when 韩兴桦 got free with Uriel Raymon in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Isaac Marcones's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 秦星真 was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Velez Sarsfield's Uriel Raymon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Velez Sarsfield from getting a goal against them. The supporters of ≮Empire≯☆蜀☆浪人 booed when Velez Sarsfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Seme didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's goalkeeper Uriel Raymon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 孔飞斌. The audience thought a goal was coming when 孔飞斌 got free with Uriel Raymon in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Uriel Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 韩兴桦 in the 42nd minute of play.

When Isaac Marcones came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Velez Sarsfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Marcones couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Eusebio Procopio put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of 秦星真. 韩兴桦 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Jesus Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. 秦星真 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 韩兴桦 in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, 韩兴桦 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ≮Empire≯☆蜀☆浪人 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by 孔飞斌 in the 83rd minute of play forced Velez Sarsfield's goalkeeper Uriel Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Eusebio Procopio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 秦星真. That made the score 1-4 in the 85 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 柯强傲 during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ≮Empire≯☆蜀☆浪人! Melchor Birila shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The Velez Sarsfield supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Velez Sarsfield would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
