Teobald Jerzyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikel Azagra went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Igor Zalipski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With 31 minutes on the clock, Radomil Wicherek commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 30 minutes into the game, one of JABOLOWE OFIARY:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in JABOLOWE OFIARY's zone, Mikel Azagra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobald Jerzyk came out of the goal and Mikel Azagra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute Mikel Azagra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Fausto Chavez made the kick off in the second half.
