Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Santi Villafranca. In the 14th match minute, Oylimpiamos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frutos Villaraud to maneuver through the defense. Oylimpiamos Ψ's Elpidio Arbizu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Fagildo in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Oylimpiamos Ψ booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Estefan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Sabin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inautzi Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Bartolo Oto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Oylimpiamos Ψ's Elpidio Arbizu. Elpidio Arbizu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Oylimpiamos Ψ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Inautzi Abreu hit a great ball. In the 26th match minute, Guansa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Estefan to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Inautzi Abreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Santi Villafranca put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Oylimpiamos Ψ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! When Bartolo Oto came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Guansa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Oto couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Oylimpiamos Ψ's zone, Marcelo Estefan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Arbizu came out of the goal and Marcelo Estefan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Christian Inocente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elpidio Arbizu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inautzi Abreu in the 46th minute of play forced Guansa's goalkeeper Aurelio Sabin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Ortle came free, but Elpidio Arbizu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Marcelo Estefan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Marcelo Estefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bartolo Oto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, Patricio Salazano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Aurelio Sabin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Inocente came free, but Elpidio Arbizu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pudes Bachiller hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Guansa were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Oylimpiamos Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zacarias Fagildo took the corner. Inautzi Abreu struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Aurelio Sabin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oylimpiamos Ψ. After 92 minutes of play Guansa's Marcelo Estefan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 93 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Estefan. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Inautzi Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oylimpiamos Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Inautzi Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Sabin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
