A collision led to Deportivo Lirayén getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Eustacio Rubio hit a great ball. In the 4th match minute, LIVIOFOREVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniele Cauli to maneuver through the defense. After 6 played minutes Deportivo Lirayén got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Albarran. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikel Azagra in the 9th minute of play forced LIVIOFOREVER's goalkeeper Emanuele Lucentini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, one of LIVIOFOREVER:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LIVIOFOREVER. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Deportivo Lirayén. Andreo Ralph stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emanuele Lucentini. 0-1. In the 14th minute, Remigio Bishara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Punta in the 15th minute of play forced Deportivo Lirayén's goalkeeper Candido Gallegos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Mikel Azagra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Lirayén's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikel Azagra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Candido Gallegos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Mazzini in the 23rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Anselmo Punta put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Candido Gallegos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Chavez in the 34th minute of play forced LIVIOFOREVER's goalkeeper Emanuele Lucentini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Lirayén's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andreo Ralph in the 36th minute. Emanuele Lucentini came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Lirayén's Mikel Azagra. But to his dismay, Mikel Azagra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some careless play in the LIVIOFOREVER defense, Fausto Chavez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuele Lucentini. The LIVIOFOREVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuele Lucentini should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anselmo Punta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58thth minute of the game Fausto Chavez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIVIOFOREVER's Emanuele Lucentini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Anselmo Punta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 played minutes Deportivo Lirayén got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Riveros. After 75 played minutes LIVIOFOREVER got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Punta. When LIVIOFOREVER's Anselmo Punta in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Lirayén's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuele Alfonsi in the 79th minute of play forced Deportivo Lirayén's goalkeeper Candido Gallegos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, LIVIOFOREVER's Anselmo Punta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Candido Gallegos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Candido Gallegos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Punta in the 83rd minute of play. Emanuele Lucentini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Chavez in the 84th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Ciro Mazzini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LIVIOFOREVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikel Azagra got free with Emanuele Lucentini in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The LIVIOFOREVER supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Deportivo Lirayén's performance. The match ended with a win for Deportivo Lirayén.
