Paços de Ferreira's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vitor Baia. 17 minutes into the match, Edgar Villamayor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vitor Baia. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Villamayor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With a little luck, TurboUC's Tito Queirolo got control of the ball when Domingos Macena tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, F.C. Paços de Ferreira's Daniel Cabral got a free kick in the 25th minute. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's Vitor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Villamayor in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, TurboUC's Xamín Angeloni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vitor Baia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Vitor Baia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Villamayor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. Paços de Ferreira's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Clemente Dechent was slow to take the kick. During this time TurboUC's players had a chance to rest. Vitor Baia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xamín Angeloni's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

TurboUC made a substitution. Diego Armando Larrea replaced Zenaido Davison. The wind increased when Domingos Macena made the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 73 in the game by Diego Armando Larrea from a close distance when the talented Vitor Baia managed to make a qualified save. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's players were relieved. Vitor Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabel Vallejo in the 74th minute of the match. With 76 minutes on the clock, Inácio Ferro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for F.C. Paços de Ferreira! After 81 minutes F.C. Paços de Ferreira's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. In the 89th minute, Xabel Vallejo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vitor Baia. The goal made the score 1-6. Vitor Baia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Villamayor's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute Xamín Angeloni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitor Baia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitor Baia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Villamayor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th match minute, F.C. Paços de Ferreira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Xabel Vallejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Vitor Baia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The F.C. Paços de Ferreira fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. TurboUC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
