Gogo Selmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Benjamin Oroitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Salvator came out of the goal and Benjamin Oroitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Celedonio Endira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Celedonio Endira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Zenóbio was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Belfegor FC's Lucas Ponciano got a free kick in the 20th minute. Felipe Zenóbio was a little too slow when Celedonio Endira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. When Racing Club's Celedonio Endira in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belfegor FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Belfegor FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lucas Ponciano hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Amado Totakoxe made a precise shot to the right of Lino Salvator. Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Celedonio Endira had several of the Belfegor FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Felipe Zenóbio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Humberto Jon's late challenge caught a Belfegor FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Jon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute, Humberto Jon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gogo Selmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Salvator having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Amado Totakoxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belfegor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Club the free kick. After 46 played minutes, Racing Club's Uriel Manex shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Felipe Zenóbio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Racing Club reached it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gogo Selmo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Belfegor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Iturri to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Zenóbio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Manex, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Celedonio Endira came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Endira couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Endira in the 58th minute of play forced Belfegor FC's goalkeeper Felipe Zenóbio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes Belfegor FC got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Selmo. Wilfredo Gilabert charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilfredo Gilabert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucas Ponciano kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Felipe Zenóbio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Endira in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Racing Club booed when Belfegor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Totakoxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Urtsin hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Lino Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Belfegor FC's Abel Iturri broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Belfegor FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Racing Club.
