Guillermo Caradaro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bruno Maxin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 43 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 정 만 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Maureo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Lope got free with Javier Milei in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th match minute, Club El Progreso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Orzaize to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute of the match, Isaac Lope got a very nice opportunity to score, but Javier Milei was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Guillermo Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Maxin in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Isaac Lope was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Furia Albiceleste's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club El Progreso the free kick. Isaac Lope kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Furia Albiceleste's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Maxin came free, but Guillermo Caradaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lionel-Andrés Messias hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Ignacio Ebere left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. If Cayetano Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Maxin in the 96th minute of play forced Furia Albiceleste's goalkeeper Guillermo Caradaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
