Betinho Arce might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fidel Tadzio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Betinho Arce ran back to his position shaking his head. Fidel Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Arce in the 6th minute of play. Júlio Veiga hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Fidel Tadzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Epifanio Hermelando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Academia 1903's Fidel Tadzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Arce in the 24th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Betinho Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Betinho Arce lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Fidel Tadzio. Fidel Tadzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betinho Arce in the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of Compugraf booed when Academia 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Cordario didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's goalkeeper Fidel Tadzio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sergipano. Caetano Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Tadzio having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Cordario was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Júlio Veiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Compugraf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Neto to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Betinho Arce notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Academia 1903's Fidel Tadzio. Fidel Tadzio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Betinho Arce put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fidel Tadzio. When Compugraf's Betinho Arce in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Academia 1903's goalie prevented a goal. Academia 1903's Fidel Tadzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Arce in the 77th minute of play. Júlio Veiga hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Betinho Arce in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidel Tadzio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95thth minute of the game Betinho Arce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia 1903's Fidel Tadzio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Betinho Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Compugraf's supporters rose to their feet, but Betinho Arce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidel Tadzio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Compugraf players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
